            identifiable information (PII) from our users.

No Personal Information: You can use our application completely anonymously. We do not require account registration, login credentials, name, email address, phone number, location, or payment information.
No Device Tracking: We do not track your device identifiers (such as Advertising ID, IMEI, or MAC address), location history, or activity outside the app.

3. Android Permissions & Usage

Our app requests only the minimum network permissions necessary to function properly:

android.permission.INTERNET: Enables fetching image prompt categories, textual ideas, and image thumbnails securely over encrypted HTTPS.
android.permission.ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: Allows the app to verify network availability and load locally cached offline content seamlessly.

Note: We DO NOT request access to your Location, Camera, Contacts, Microphone, SMS, Storage, or Phone State.

4. Local Data Storage & Preferences

To ensure a fast, seamless experience, the app uses Android's native SharedPreferences to store limited technical preference data strictly on your local device:

App Preferences: Saved theme mode (Light / Dark) and language settings.
Favorite Items: List of prompt IDs saved as favorites by the user.
Offline Data Cache: Temporary JSON data cache for instant app startup.

            Important:
            All local preferences remain 100% on your device and are never
            uploaded, synced, or backed up to any server managed by us.
        

5. Third-Party Services & Libraries

The application incorporates trusted open-source Android libraries:

Volley: Manages secure, encrypted TLS/HTTPS network requests.
Glide: Optimizes image thumbnail loading and display.

6. Children’s Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

Our application is designed for general audiences and does not address children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

7. User Control & Data Deletion

Since all app settings and saved favorites are stored locally on your device, you have complete control over your data. You can erase all stored data at any time by:

Navigating to Android Settings > Apps > Photo Prompt > Storage > Clear Data .
Uninstalling the app from your device.
